Any person can become a Member of "Friends of Sadhuram" Scheme by paying Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and he or she will be given a Privilege Card for Five Years from the date of issue.

Terms And Conditions

• Privilege Card Fees Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only).
• The Members will be entitled to get 10% discount on the Surgical Packages other than Retina.
• There will be No Registration Charges, Out of Line-Fast Track Facility will be given.
• Discount will only be given on producing (presentation) this Card.
• Please present the card at the time of Registration and before billing.
• If the Member decides to cancel the card, there will be no refund.
• This card is valid for 5 years only.
• The Card will be issued with-in 15 days after payment.
• Card has to be renewed, after paying the renewal fee of Rs.5000/ within 30 days of expiry.
• This Card is non transferable & non refundable.
